CNBC's Eamon Javers reports that President Donald Trump reportedly still wants to implement $200 billion in tariffs on China. Javers also reported that former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort is pleading guilty to two different criminal charges and is now cooperating with special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation of the Trump administration.
