Dallas County District Attorney Faith Johnson and Richardson Police chief Jimmy Spivey announced Friday that the father of slain Texas girl Sherin Mathews has been charged with capital murder. Wesley Mathews claimed the three-year-old choked on milk in the family’s Texas home last October.
